Comments: This deal is back! It disappeared for a couple of weeks, but has returned just in time for Black Friday.

Of course that means it’s not special for Black Friday, but regardless it’s still an excellent price for an RTX 4060 gaming laptop.

That said, if you’re on a tighter budget, Lenovo’s LOQ that we shared last week at Best Buy is still available for $699. That has the same RTX 4060 graphics, but the compromise is the 7435HS processor. It’s a generation older, so performance isn’t as good as the Dell’s 7840HS, but the main thing is the 7435HS is missing integrated graphics. This results in bad battery life, but it’s not an issue if you mostly use the laptop with the charger connected.

Comments: This model just dropped $100 in price - not the best RTX 4090 price we’ve seen, that belongs to the 2023 version B&H used to sell a few months back for a further $100 less than this, but that’s been out of stock for some time and it seems like they only have this newer 14th gen model left.

Anyway with this new price drop, the RTX 4090 configuration is now 20% more money compared to the RTX 4080 verison.

That’s not too unreasonable if you were considering the 4080 version, as the 4090 offers a 15% FPS boost in games at 4K and gives you an extra 4 gigs of VRAM.

Comments: It’s very rare that we share a Razer deal, but I guess there’s no time like Black Friday!

Ultimately this is still on the more expensive side for an RTX 4080 gaming laptop, but it’s not bad at all considering the price premium associated with Razer’s laptops.

This is a 2023 model with 13th gen processor, but at the end of the day CPU performance is quite similar to the 2024 14th gen models.

This is also the Mercury white verison, which may not be for everyone, but usually seems to cost more compared to the black models.
